Depending on how you interact with our platform, we collect the following categories of data:
When you reach out via our project consultation form, we collect your full name, work email address, optional WhatsApp / phone number, selected technical need (e.g. Website, Web App, AI Automation, Chatbot, UI/UX Design), preferred call schedule timing, and project notes.
When you apply for a developer training batch, we collect student full name, National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form number, email address, mobile phone number, WhatsApp contact, gender, selected course program, batch timing slot, residential location (country, province, city, complete residential address), academic qualification, laptop availability status, optional parent/guardian name and CNIC, and transaction verification identifiers for tuition fee deposits.
When applying for engineering roles, we collect your name, email, portfolio/GitHub link, resume, and project showcase summaries.
We use your browser's local storage to preserve your theme preference (Dark Mode or Light Mode), prevent duplicate form submissions, and record your cookie/privacy banner acknowledgment.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We never collect biometric data, sensitive financial cardholder numbers directly on our servers (payments are handled via direct bank transfer or verified gateways), nor do we purchase marketing lists or profile users across third-party websites.
4. How We Use & Process Your Data

- To verify eligibility, generate student roll numbers, and coordinate weekend live training sessions.
- To prevent fraudulent duplicate applications and maintain academic records.
- To send weekly developer ideas or project updates only if you explicitly subscribed to our newsletter.
5. Third-Party Embeds & Service Providers
We partner with reputable infrastructure providers to operate our services:
- YouTube (Privacy-Enhanced Mode): Videos are embedded from
youtube-nocookie.com, ensuring YouTube does not store viewing data unless you click play. - Google Workspace & Sheets API: Form submissions are securely relayed via encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.3 webhooks to our administrative database.
- Hosting & Vercel: Our web application is deployed on high-performance CDN edge networks compliant with SOC2 and ISO 27001 data protection standards.
6. Data Retention & Security Controls
We retain client project notes for the duration of the engineering relationship plus standard accounting retention periods. Student application records are retained for the duration of the 4-month course batch and graduation verification. We enforce end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption, restricted access controls, and regular security audits.
7. Your Legal Rights
